For those who have wondered --This is my Kathy (Kathleen Teresa Egan), my girlfriend (and wife) of the past 20+ years .....and for an infinite number of years past and future

I sense that there is an anniversary celebration in this somewhere, and regardless if there is or not, I still want to extend my best wishes to both of you (you do make a really handsome couple!) for many more years of love and wonderfulness together.

Actually the anniversary is in July.
Kathy's birthday, however, in during October. I had not made her so 'visible' before because she tends to be more private.
Oddly, I am (historically) a hermit, but not so private–she is very social, but private.

It's so great to finally she a picture of the one who helps mirror all that love and compassion that you shine so brightly in your life and works. Plus it helps to see a picture before I show up to meet you guys one day in the future. :-)
You as author of SACRED VOW - now meeting your leading lady, is special as I just see a pod with two pearls. I so look forward to reading your book to answer questions that may be burning a hole in my mind about love, soul mates and past lives, etc. I allow you to extinguish the fire. Thanks for introducing Kathy. Now you have to write about the celebration on another blog. Have a special time. It think its cool to put a woman on a pedestal and give her a cat and chocolates and you make the dinner on this special day. :-)

Good to hear from you, Ricky. Hope all is going well. Yes, when you stop by…..that's us! And yes, invevitably she is a strong part of what I am.
Kathy…..hmm, my Sweetie's tastes are too refined for much of my cooking (I fix breakfast every morning; simple fare)….I better take her out. I think she wants to go up on the Blue Ridge Parkway (road running the ridgeline through the Blue Ridge Mountains).—
I tend to think she picked the best time of the year to be born (for living in this area) because the leave are changing to beautiful colors; the air is crisp,but not cold.
We do tend to seek to celebrate every day, for it's the 'history' leading up to all days preceeding that determine the specialness of any given day.
One thing about pedastals–I do adore my Sweetie, but it's not 'on a pedastal', For I know that a pedastal is as much as prison as any confined space.

Like everyone has said thus far….thank you for introducing us to your soul mate. She is SO beautiful! And I'm sure her beauty goes very deep, as your tone always seems to soften as you describe or mention her. My heart is overjoyed for both of you.
