What amazes you?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for January 02, 2008:
I am most amazed by the individual so in communion with the Absolute that no aspect of living can—for them—be less than supremely mystical. They appear to carry on no evident spiritual practice or study, for nothing is outside the practice. They never seem to speak of anything spiritual or divine, for nothing is otherwise to them. They perform no benevolent service, for giving is as natural and self-serving as breathing to them.
If you see such a person, they blend completely into a secular existence—totally appearing oblivious to Spirit (for they are aware Spirit is as to water for a fish). Their work and life may be rural or corporate, reclusive or urban, and they will be the last person you will notice—unless you walk by them!
They seem to be doing nothing—of no concern or consequence—yet they are profoundly affecting reality. Sometimes their impact can be so subtle that you would not consciously notice their effect. Sometimes their impact is potent and profound. The experience will be of having just walked by the Absolute manifested. You’ll feel it and will be changed—body, mind and spirit!
It will take great effort to attribute what you have experiences to this particular person, for no one could appear to be a less-likely choice. And that is what so amazes me about these most remarkable of spirits…and SOOO thankful for their presence.

C.G. . . . You've said it so well! These spirits DO exist, and they do have exactly the effect you're described!! The vibration of these spirits has the power to affect us all . . .
Thank you for the visit, Snake.
…and what amazes me is that they do so without a single word or action that we would generally identify with such a (human) spiritual force…
In recognition of these Presences, C.G., may you be Blessed. =)
I am, Ariela. You have visited, have you not?
Shhhh…don't tell anyone! We're a modest and humble bunch. ;-)
But in the recognition, appreciation and love of One, we are All Blessed.
(the other half of, 'harming one, harms all')
Yup…this is true…but the opposite also “amazes” me, for lack of a better word. Those who never give any thought to the spiritual, those who live as though today were not a gift, those who have no clue…
But…it may not be their karma…so I release my judgment….and so it is.
Aley
Aley….I also am so surprised that I have to hold my judgement–not that it's going to harm anyone but me. I know that it could be (and hope so) that it is my lack of perceptiveness that creates the illusion that they “do not realize.” —-All in all, this part is just my lesson to master.
—I also know that the Tao does not care and is not made more of less by awareness or ignorance. Life is just as spiritual and sacred even without acknowledgement of it being so.
love to you, my friend,
CG
Very nicely said my brother! When we choose love, respect, compassion, and graditude in our lives, love, respect, compassion, and graditude then turns around and chooses us. I now return the love that you have given us!
Just Beautiful!
After attending Joey Klein's intensive I become one of those Spirits for a few weeks and had some amazing experiences because of it. So it just goes to show you why humility is so important here. I noticed that others were feeling very drawn to me in fact one guy came out of the library and walked up to me unsure of why he was so drawn to me and he just stood there not sure what to say. I just smiled and said hello and continued talking to a homeless man. I remembered Joey telling us about a story of a homeless man walking up to him and he seen his heart chakra open. The man had no clue why he was walking up to Joey when he got to him he just said Can I borrow 45 cents! LOL
This really showed me just how powerful staying in a state of grace and LOVE really is.
I too am very grateful for their presence and I know it has helped me tremendously on my path to shine LOVE and Light for ALL. It's so true these souls don't have to say a single word none of us do really once we “decide” to walk as Peace itself.
Thank You!
Much LOVE,
Lisha
Wonderful observations…they resonate so deeply…thank you.
Said in all humility, but then we love you for these very reasons. Smiles.
Thank you,Ricky. It's so good to 'see' you. I was just thinking about you, earlier today.
love to you, brother….
Lisha…after such an experience, though we may not hold the full level of our state of grace immediately afterwards, we never go completely back to the place we were before–to our old 'set point'.
For me, there's nothing better than to be in a state of abundance, so that we can just give and give to all who need (without even needing the intention to do so–as you were doing) and never be lesser (but rather richer) for it.
I know wisdom such as “the way of the word is not the way”, and seek to move through my days with such guides. But I can only marvel at the idea of those who move past that place where it is not comprehending wisdom that guide. Where Tao and they are one to the point of their not being able to comprehend the concept of Tao (for one cannot look into one's own eyes). They are Tao.
Blessings and love, Lisha…
Thank you, Helen….love to you.
There are those days (when I am listening) that my muses touch me on the shoulder and say, “shhh. don't try. Just let it be.”
And then the words come. They give me the words because they know I need the lessons..
Zephyr…..it's the vision of us in others' eyes that makes so much of our experience. I am neither the good nor the bad that anyone may see. Nor am I the bad or the good that I imagine.
But I dearly thank you, dear one, for the vision that you hold. It makes my heart glad.
love to you, my friend….
Yes! My heart expands with Gratitude now that I know life is so much sweeter than I ever thought it could be. I was so unaware a year ago and I feel so blessed to be walking this path more consciously with others. I so reasonate with everything you've said to be able to give without even needing the intention to do so..to illuminate the light so brightly that it can be felt by others. So that they too may remember and shine their light.
You've explained it so beautifully for me to understand. Many Blessings!
I just love it when people become more of who they really are….Light and Love =)
It's very attractive in quiet but very powerful way.
Love hearing the experience, Lisha! Makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside, LOL ;-)
((()))
It;s a joy to be “walking this path more consciously with others”, my friends…..
love…and thanks for coming to play…

I read some where ….
The Midas touch changes everything to gold….
The sages touch changes everything to “like himself”
(the words are not exact…. but I think the spirit is..)
These great ones have the unique ability to bring out the most wonderful parts in all around them….
I agree that they are the true blessings to mankind, and so often they go past totally unnoticed.
Hey Ceej….you are truly gifted with poetic sight…what a lovely portrayal of a certain type of individuals…
But what truly amazes me is that in painting the beauty of others, the word artist unintentionally reveals the beauty of his own soul…
Amy :-)
Theone….what a wonderful quote…and so true! Thank you. I will be keeping that one.
Amy….thank you, dear heart…..I see it just as Theone said….I keep such radiant company that I begin to shine.
love to you both, my dear friends,
CG
Thanks CG,
If we can keep our meetle polished … it won't take alot of light to make it shine…
and the Sages have so much light… that everything shines around them….
Wishing that everyone runs into one of Them… sometime…
and realizes it before it is too late….. lol
Their company bless us all…
True Satsang…. or Santsang… or Saintsang….
all the same…
Theone…yes, may we recognize them and heed their teaching/example. These days it going to take a lot more of us allowing our own glow to manifest fully. The time may be over where “others” will be enough.
Peace and wonder, dear one…
CG
Absolutely… we all must strive to brighten our own light too ….
and never at the cost of someone else…. LOL ….
I agree…
Peace, Wonder and Love to all…
Theone.
