This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for October 12, 2007:
Practically: that everyone deserves clean water, enough safe food, and a place for living (not just surviving) peacefully-body, mind and spirit.
Philosophically: Conveying the idea that we are all ONE, a single life energy--unlimited and eternal--experienced from infinite perspectives.
--strike one and none will escape the pain.

Exactly….the cause of humanity…my cause as well…and I am not surprised we share this belief.
Bowing to you.

I don't understand how people simply deserve. That we ought to work together to make life liveable for each other makes sense – the implication is shared responsibility. But the idea that we all simply deserve seems to leave nobody responsible. Either that, or some people must be responsible and others are entitled to be their beneficiaries.
This might seem like a quibble, but I think it is a significant distinction.
